General Tile and Grout Cleaning - Hard Surface Cleaning

You may use cleaning chemicals to clean tiles and hard surfaces. However this may indeed just dilute the grime or turn the dirt into a slurry and penetrate the surface further over time making it impossible to bring back to full glory. Some people will turn to traditional wet vacuum floor cleaning However this will still not give the complete, deep, thorough penetrating bacteria free clean our system does.

Tile and Grout Clear Sealing

After cleaning, protection can be achieved using an impregnator more commonly known as 'clear seal'. Hailed as a “revolution in surface care” the impregnation provides effective and long lasting protection of both external and internal surfaces.

Clear Seal is a superior surface treatment which offers cost effective care and protection against degradation, soiling and contamination. It is especially effective when used to protect grout and natural stone where it helps to prevent the ingress of contaminants such as food and wine and will provide effective protection against most contaminants for 5 years continuing to repel and resist; fungus, tea and coffee, wine,algae and lichens, ingress of water, grime, mineral and vegetable oils, tomato ketchup, soft drinks.

Clear Seal is non toxic and silicone free. Its application causes minimum disruption and being water based does not have the high odours of solvent based sealers. Once dry it is undetectable and being biodegradable is environmentally sustainable.

Tile and Grout Colour Sealing

Ceramic and porcelain tiles are often used extensively in the downstairs of properties. Pale colours such as off whites and ivory creams are often used to increase the feeling of space. They look stunning initially when the grout is clean, however with day to day living the grout starts to discolour. After enough time the grout will eventually go black. Once this has happened the solution is to Colour Seal.

• Completely removes the need to remove grout from tiled surfaces which is not only very time consuming and costly but creates a lot of dust. In a hotel situation re-grouting can put a room out of action for a couple of days.
